I know that Early -- they are milking it for all its worth -- they will be saying shortage even when there isn't one, but for now there really is a shortage.

But the buying of turbines is a pure panic ... electrical energy markets didn't have the significant volatility until '98 -- when folks realize they can lose all their profits and then some in couple of bad days -- they do tend to panic ...

That bubble will pop, too ... electricity demand won't grow at the rates projected out to 2004, 2005. All these demand projections have a hockey stick appearance with the blade based on the last couple of years. It's not gonna happen ...
