MSNBC's Chris Matthews just reported that ex-Prez Clinton is on the lam, still a fugitive from justice.

Reports Clinton's brother, Roger, did take money for the drug kingpin clemency.

....But two sources tell TIME that Horacio Vignali told associates he paid Roger $30,000 to work on the commutation of his son's sentence....
