PDT, Sure. The equity placement is priced at the weighted average of trading over 20 days. During that period the company cannot promote or deflate the stockprice by announcing news. Johnston&Johnston is a company Dimethaid entered into a standstill agreement in in 1999 to distribute the product Pennsaid in the US. J&J did not close that deal and the speculation was that they were waiting until it became apparent that Pennsaid would be approved in the US. There has been no news on this front for a long time.
