Bear's Angell : Indices make a late push, spurred by reports that Bear Stearns' Wayne Angell now sees 80% chance that Fed makes an intermeeting move, up from the 60% forecast issued by Angell's team on Friday.

1:47 (Dow Jones) Greenspan tweaking his prepared congressional testimony to
be delivered Wednesday. Bear Stearns economist John Ryding, who made ripples
Friday by placing odds of an inter-meeting rate cut at 60%, thinks he should go
further. "If he's going to change his testimony he might as well change
policy," Ryding says.
