Charlie ... someone ... anybody ... PUHLEEEASSEEEE ... explain to me ... that, except in the very short term - as in a few days - how the Fed lowering interest rates in between regularly scheduled FMOC meetings (or the prospect thereof) can be seen by brokerage houses, analysts and investors as bullish or positive for equity markets.

If the Fed lowers rates again between regular meetings, it is pure panic by Greenspan ... and that is supposed to be good for stocks?????

Pardon my language, but "give me a fuckin' break" - I was born stoopid, but not dummmm.
