MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 18, 2001--(OTC-BB: TVCP). TALK VISUAL CORPORATION President and Chief Executive Officer Eugene A. Rosov announced today the immediate expansion of its videocalling services to business and consumer clients worldwide. In recognition of the problems facing travelers, the Company is now offering national videoconferencing as low as $1.00/minute for calls from many of its partnership locations, and equivalent pricing worldwide. The Company uses state-of-the-art equipment from RadVision, Polycom and other key providers to link videocallers into over 5,000 locations in the United States and abroad.

"We've made it simple, effective and low-cost for anyone to videocall anywhere in the United States and anywhere in the world. A single phone call to us is all it takes," said Mr. Rosov, the Company's President and CEO, from Company headquarters in Miami, Florida. "We have top equipment, superior service, and a high level of customer satisfaction. Our video coordinator, Grace Abeiga, and her staff, will arrange dual or multi-point videocalls for our clients anywhere in the world: quickly, easily and at the lowest possible cost. In fact, one could save as much as 90% of the costs associated with business travel."

Mr. Rosov went on to comment "with the inherent dangers and problems of air travel, we're offering all our customers the ability to connect - worldwide - using some of the most sophisticated ISDN and IP transmission and transcoding technology available."

The Company's Chairman, Mr. Michael Zwebner, said today that "It is vital for us to offer videocalling worldwide, especially in this period of reduced air travel availability. The fact that we'll provide the equipment anywhere in the world, the service, and all the logistical arrangements, makes Talk Visual's EZ-Videocall service appealing and cost-effective."

EZ-Videocall arrangements can be made by calling the Company's toll-free number - 1-877-22-VIDEO (1-877-228-4336) and pressing extension 205.
