I gotta think this kind of crap will be annoying, even to AG at some point. Completely orchestrated or just talk?

yes, it was the fear of inflation making my dollars worthless that gives me pause.
But I'm sure the govy #'s will reassure me on that front, and besides, those hedonic adjustments are guaranteed to make me happier.

Hi hb,

There is Inflation-Adjusted Treasury Fund from American Century.

Profile from Yahoo:
American Century Inflation-Adjusted Treasury Fund -
Investor Shares seeks total return. The fund normally
invests at least 65% of assets in inflation-adjusted
securities that are backed by the full faith and credit of
the U.S. government. These issues are indexed or
otherwise structured by the U.S. Treasury to provide
protection against inflation. It may invest up to 35% of
assets in inflation-adjusted securities issued by U.S.
government agencies and government-sponsored
organizations when such securities become available.
The fund maintains no maturity or duration restrictions.
The fund currently offers Investor and Advisor shares.

1 year return 13.9%, seems safer and better yield than money market fund, what's not right about this picture?

KC.
