John, I've had the same issues and asked about this a couple of weeks ago. If we suddenly got health canada approval and need to announce within 3 days but are in a quiet period - who rules? I think your wording of unduly influence captures it and suppose like all things some gray areas can only be resolved through legal recourse. I was off in my guessing of the timing of the placement by a few days and am very happy to see that Dimethaid only felt they needed this much cash - and gave Acqua some stake. Lets watch now after the hold period to see what happens with those 350,000 shares. I suspect Rebecca plans to make it worthwhile - otherwise this is a destructive course. Overall, the small placement to me is a large signal of confidence from Dimethaid. But my 2004 posting is meant to show that I have the patience to make 14 times the current stockprice or so over the next 3 1/2 years which I would consider 'Disappointing' (fake Reuters quote). Wolf
