Jim S., we are just not communicating. I'm talking about grammar usage here on the grammar thread -as in "Laura and I are looking forward to having a private dinner with he and Mrs. Blair Friday night" -- I believe that is not about a person's ability/inability to pronounce words. And I'm not intending to make a political statement regarding the President. And I take ownership of MY issue with this. -g- Just like I'd hop up and down if I'm over on the car thread, and someone would say they've got a classic car, but they don't bother washing it, or a Benz but they don't ever change the oil 'cause they trade them in every two years. I guess with language, just like anything else, when one is interested in the subject, one is willing to be patient and take the time to get it right; and when one is indifferent, then it's cut to the chase.
