That's what I thought...you have no clue... and can't answer basic DD questions concerning the company or the financials... but yet you post disclaimers as if you had the slightest idea of what it meant... I guess now you agree that your year and half old posts concerning HRCT's ability to meet current obligations was ridiculous...

"I have decided to wait for Hartcourt to file them with the new accountant and then give my review"

Please tell the board your experience with audits, accounting, professional designations that make you qualified to give opinions on financial statement information.

and while you are looking up the rest... Why don't you tell the board how much HRCT spent on acquiring SA and Sinobull... Then ask yourself what HRCT's 50% interest in SA will bring in the market and the associated return on investment for HRCT shareholders...

I know to busy with insults and useless 4 year info to be bothered with useless facts like those...

Truthseeker. Again, I am so disappointed. I thought you are much bigger than all of these nonsense and childish posts you have on HRCT. Please be serious and post only important things that have a material effect on the company. I am a CPA, so I don't need you to review the HRCT financials on my behalf. If you were wrong about HRCT, you should be a gentleman, admitted it and walked away. You are a few men of integrity left in this messy stock world. Don't destroy your name because of an oversized ego.
