I say the LAW shouldn't make any exceptions. Do you want someone to commandeer YOUR body- if they have a really really good reason? How about if they really need a kidney?

How exactly can you justify forcing people to give away their own cells- for that is what blood is. Blood is your personal living tissue, containing your DNA in every drop. In a (semi) free country just exactly what rules would you use to justify such an invasion? Or would you have no rules? Would you have it be done willy nilly? I am quite curious where you think this sort of thing should end. And how you would implement it. And how the laws would be written and by whom. I am attached to my body- and don't relish the thought of being forced to give parts of it away. If you wish to give bits of yours away to whoever or whatever, you are of course free to do it, but I rather doubt you do much of it.
