It is more a question of moral high ground. It is difficult to say why stabbing someone is wrong, when you can stab them to obtain blood. You can draw all the fancy distinctions you want- but a child's right to be free, and remain UNMOLESTED, comes from the right of all of us to be unmolested. It is not a good idea to carve out exceptions to that. You want an ends justifies the means approach (which would be "fair" in the simplistic hypothetical you've designed)- that is never a good approach, imo, since it gives you illogical and unfair systems.
