Dear Ish: Good God, Ish, my DOCTOR is Indian. What level of education do you suppose an Indian medical doctor has?? Incidentally, the ENTIRE heart medical team (renowned throughout the country) in this hospital is Indian, my doctor is one of them. JDN

. The guy was so smart he didn't have to test his code. I'd suspect it was more he did not know how and not know what to test and what a full test is.
Some who don't know this may also be arrogant and believe they are smart and it's not about smart it's about wise and knowing what one does not know.
