<<Amazon is MORE THAN EVER the king of etailing. >>
Not true. They're dropping lines.

<<It's position is stronger than ever.>>
All Analysts who care to comment these days disagree 180 degrees with you there, William.

<< Nothing has changed except they're getting closer to profitability...>>
That is not true. That is a lie.

You should ask Hillary Clinton to say that into a bank of reporters and cameras, William. See if she can lie better than you. She is the best liar I know of ... just a tip.
Victor

No Glenn, I didn't "overreact". You've lost it or something. You are dredging up posts like some school kid.

Bill,

I likely should not even address this since i just did in a prior post. I will only say that the person that became angry and made personal attacks was you. I am not a school kid and insulting me really does not benefit anyone. I located posts to refute your comments that you never thought Amazon would be extremely profitable. Am I to be intimidated so that I just let you or anyone roll over me? I think not and I suspect you would agree.

Amazon is MORE THAN EVER the king of etailing. It's position is stronger than ever. Nothing has changed except they're getting closer to profitability...something I didn't care about (you can certainly find those posts, too).

I agree that in your posts that you were not concerned about Amazon's lack of profits. I am now being repetiitive but I will say that all I wanted to know was did you still have the same confidence in the firm. You stated in this post you do. That is sufficient. In your mind Amazon is executing well and you are pleased with the fundamentals. In my mind I thought they had deteriorated enough that we could revisit those fundamentals. So we wait.

<i.You and I talked about this in San Francisco, now you get home and start this campaign to get me to admit something that we debated there. I can't and isn't true anyway. Then you link it to character! What a joke!

I did link to character because I felt you were attacking me personally. I am sorry if I misread what you meant. I can't say we really debated Amazon much in SF but that is not the issue. We surely discussed other firms and possible fundamental outcomes. This is not an I am right you are wrong kind of thing. This is way out of proportion.

Liquidity is returning. The barriers to entry are higher than ever. Amazon will take it

I sure hope you are correct about liquidity. If Amazon takes it, that would surprise me. Truly I have no financial exposure to Amazon so I hope that stock and every other stock you own turns out well for you. I also home the same for me. Is it satisfactory with you if I really don't root for bezos perosnally? <G> I mean this as a joke:-)

Where's your Walmart.com?

A side not real relevant issue is I never stated Wal-Mart would be the dominate on-line retailer. Others have and you could look at the archives to see I never said that although that would be a waste of time. I do believe that traditional brick and mortar stores will dominate via a dual channel marketing campaign and Amazon will fail due to that. That is only an opinion. It will take time to see if I am correct and vice versa.

Lastly you copy an paste a PM? That's crybaby stuff

I copied and pasted it because it was way out of line. Maybe you simply could say you were angry and that was not what you meant. It contained nothing that was truly personal or I would never have placed it in a public area. That is a fact and you can count on that in the future too.

You're a nice guy. This campaign of yours is going nowhere with me. I believe more than ever that Amazon will thrive.

This is the substance that counts and I respect your belief. Let's move on and forget this occurred and as amazon morphs (I amnot tying to make a joke) we will see how the fundamentals play out.

I do not believe I can express it any better than that.

Glenn
