Exactly Your base of support and posterior pelvic tilt cannot possibly compensate the asymetrical balance and poor body mechanics re that activity. Plus You will get a muscle imbalance and end up with Musculature that is overly contracted on that side and overly stretched on contralateral side. Remember You lift mostly with Your legs and trunk. Probably better if We talk by Pm. You would end up with ligamentous damage as well re trying to balance the bar.
