Just had a chat with the IR. Ashanti is now on the property doing a feasibility study, once that;s done a royalty payment will be coming Birim's way to the tune of 5 to 6 million CDN. Ashanti has already hired the drillers, but I do not know how long this takes to complete. Hopefullly they're fast, may be just in time for the rise in price of gold, then some new properties can be explored.
