The only two that you don't want to mess with are explorer and systray. They should be left checked at all times. Lack of time has me so I'll have to comment on just a few. Someone else will be along.

ScanRegistry-Scans for and corrects registry errors (I keep this enabled so I will have recent registry backups in case of a major problem and a registry restore)

TaskMonitor-Tracks application use for defrag (uncheck)

LoadPowerProfile-both instances are used to manage your power consumption. Necessary only if you use settings to conserve power usage such as turning monitor and hard drive off after set periods of time (depends on you)

SchedulingAgent-Used to schedule tasks on a regular basis such as defrag, scandisk, etc. (do you use?)

RealTray-preloads Realplayer (for what reason I have no idea)(uncheck-a real resources hog)
