I followed your link to see if the 23 names are listed on the site. I could not find the list of names. I did find this: "Indeed, Silicon Investor will revoke service to anyone who uses its message boards to invade another’s privacy. See go2net.com (terms of service)." This is factually incorrect for two reasons. The enforcement guidelines set forth the procedure for those that invade the privacy of others. It is not automatic termination. Secondly, Silicon Investor has allowed several members to invade the privacy of another on multiple occasions without following the enforcement guidelines. This fact has been brought to the attention of legal counsel at Info Space. It may be brought to the attention of the ACLU since their motion is not factually correct. It should be noted that Silicon Investor states the following: "Again, please keep in mind that we can and will deviate from these guidelines in the best interest of the SI community, as determined by the SI Administrators. " We must presume that the deviation of the enforcement guidelines concerning the invasion of privacy of a private individual has been deemed for the best interest of the SI community. For what reason is still yet to be determined.
