Ted, I don't believe your statement necessarily contradicts the statement that Bill F. had refused to go on CNBC, given his long absence. Nevertheless, I'm glad to hear that you plan to have him on again.

BTW, an excellent job on the Irwin Jacob's interview. You did better than could be expected of anyone who hasn't followed the day to day twists and turns of the CDMA soap opera. One question to keep in mind if the subject comes up in the future, assuming an agreement hasn't been reached in the interim. How can Irwin Jacobs say that Qualcomm will receive equal royalties for WCDMA vs. CDMA2000, given that Qualcomm has not reached licensing agreements with all the WCDMA players, especially Nokia?
