Going thru trash is illegal when you have bribed someone else's employees to help you during the course of their work which is being paid for by someone else.

I know of nobody who paid for Netscape's browser. Not one single person.

If you still think Netscape is superior, then I assume you have been using it recently. If Microsoft suppposedly killed Netscape (the Browser), how is this possible. Or is it true that you still have the choice to choose your software? If so, what has MS done wrong. You have made your choice and chosen Netscape. Why couldn't anybody else?

I don't think there was any confusion about the server figures - more an intention to deceive. But if sh*t happens then this attitude should be consistent. If all businesses, including SUNW and MSFT and NSCP do their share of lying and giving away free products, then why does SUNW go crying to the DOJ and EU? Surely this is the behavior of someone that prefers dirty tricks to fair comp.
