Wait till they go to college .. You will pack them, drive them there, set them up.. You will drive away with tears in your eyes and they don't even turn around as they walk away..

I'm not stronger....I just took the bitter medicine upfront... I figgered if I sent her away now, there would be no college exodus ! In January she insisted that she was going to apply for local colleges only...<earlier she always dreamed of the ones on the east coast> and we have some great ones within 10-15 miles of home.... It was like music to our ears.... But thats what my husband means - I am harder on her than I would be on the boys...I figger girls gotta be tougher than boys......coz they have to live in a man's world...!
