CONSUMER CONFIDENCE SLUMPS TO LOWEST LEVEL SINCE JUNE 1996 WITH 106.8 READING. well, coupled with this morning's durable goods orders, this should give the fed plenty of ammunition to cut rates b/w meetings.... hope they take some initiative.
