As to your unwillingness to allow the argument into the arena where the rules of logic can demonstate my points of inconsistencies that would necessarily obtain from the fetus (as a person) using a body, and any other person using a body--well you have simply stepped around that issue time and time again, and, frankly, I am tired of trying to force it on you.

I am not unwilling to discuss other aspects of the issue, I just don't want responses to one question to be attacked as not answering another. If you want to change the question that we are discussing then I would prefer you do so explicitly and wait for my response rather then putting my old statements in a new context that they were not intended for.


The fetus is property and has no RIGHTS. This is recognized in extreme cases when push comes to shove. I have already shown you how any concept of fetal RIGHTS negates the mother's RIGHTS.


No you have not. You have shown why you think this but you were not convincing.
The mothers rights to her body are limited just as my rights to my body are limited. Those rights do not extend to harming others.
