HorseGirl, with housing falling off and the huge over-leveraged position of FNM the bear threads are predicting complete collapse of FNM.

However, they are also predicting the collapse of everything but gold. But....ask yourself this.
What happens if
1) home sales peaked
2) home refinancing peaked
3) home prices fall
4) unemployed people can not pay mortgages

This bear has a few FNM leap puts.
