Liberals, unlike right-wingers, don't need "daily fixes" of AM hate radio. They are comfortable -- but not smug -- with their views, and don't need outside stimuli to "stroke" their consciences or reinforce discriminatory viewpoints. Liberals also probably read more than conservatives and, as such, derive more information from newspapers and magazines and books.

Ann Coulter had a good column recently explaining to exasperated conservatives that in order to communicate with Liberals you must talk down to their level. We learned that the hard way - lotsa experience.

Here it is:

...It was always so simple. The mistake Republicans have been making was to treat liberals like adults. It took George Bush to treat them in an age-appropriate manner and start arguing with liberals at their own level...
