Last time I looked, they had about 38MM shares out there.

Management still seeking the $16MM to start up the mine - though in this depressed mining sector, $$$ are hard to raise by many other mines as well. This one has been down for over 12 years now - so if they have any assets still lying around that isn't ore, they're rusted out and useless.

I agree with all of Alan's postings - but there's one unique thing about Keno - it's a political child now - perceived as a potential source of employment of many of the locals - and a source of tax revenue by the provincial govt. With all the ore they have still in the ground - and the realization that selling the property off piecemeal would render the overall thing worthless - so nobody wants to be the first to start breaking it up - all this, coupled with Alan's perception that a spike in Silver could drive the UKH shares up considerably on sheer speculation - this beast remains alive - but dormant!! If you have any shares - hang onto them - there's not much downside now - but plenty of upside - even if it is shortlived!
