That's exactly what I meant -downturn in price-, not fundamentals. Incidentally, that was my point of disagreement with Jonathan Joseph's call on the sector. The fundamentals in the sector remained strong for a long period after he made his "call". He was "lucky" in the sense that the effect of the interest rate increases caught up with the sector and the economy as a whole went south.
