I very impressed with the Chief Justice Edwards. I just love his comments. He has stated that the "District Court Judge's comments were beyond the pale." He said that he doesn't even discuss his cases with his close friends let alone give media interviews for hours and hours. At this point I would be happy to recommend Chief Justice Edwards to fill the next vacancy on the US Supreme Court. Charles Tutt, Did you get you media connection working? I'm hoping that you don't miss a word of this. Do you have any more "predictions" to share with us? I now willing to more Justice Tatel over to the majority opinion, which now includes all of the Judges except Justice Judith Rogers. Its too bad that David Boies didn't take the seat reserved for him in the audience. I would have loved to see the pained expressions on his face today.
