I don't think that MOABO will happen on just one day. And it won't necessarily be on the day we hit the bottom. Instead, there will be a period of time after final capitulation, during which there will be no clear direction for many weeks, may be months, as we continue to build the base by testing the new lows.

During that time, even though there may not be much downside risk, it is still better to be in money-market funds because we will be earning interest. Only when the indicators turn positive and the march upward seems imminent, does it make sense to get back in.

I have a feeling that Brinker can do this, provided he doesn't get his head clouded with the failed QQQ CTR call. I would feel much better if he gets his subscribers out of the QQQs on the next rally. That way, he can concentrate on identifying MOABO and not worry about anything else.
