Are you shocked that the Liberal line has turned?

Previously they opposed the Bush plan because they said the economy didn't "need" tax cuts.

Now they oppose tax cuts because they're afraid the government won't have enough money to spend with the economic deterioration Clinton left US.

Give a huge tax cut---> Increased consumer liquidity---> Increased consumer spending--->Earnings growth--->
