Yaacov---He speaks tomorrow at 10:00 A.M. eastern time to Congress ( House side ). The only issue being reported on the rate cut is that he re-wrote part of his speech for tomorrow . Normaly he gives the same speech to both of the houses in Congress . Are you back from West Palm Beach ? Appreciated the effort to keep the vote count in favor of BUSH ( Just kidding )
