I never said any such thing. I thought that Nixon was deserving of censure. In the case of Reagan and Bush, I do not think they were stonewalling, but, frankly, don't care, since there is a certain latitude allowed for raisons d'etat. In the case of scandals like the 900 FBI files, there was no national security element to the tale, only venality, and the mass amnesia was particularly unconvincing and embarrassing.
