Michael, LOL, Even as a vegetarian, a roast lamb shoulder done greek style always made my mouth water! The term vegetarian is from an old Sioux word meaning "no good hunter". I've got a braised lamb shank stew recipe that'll have you salivating like a Pavlov dog..... my next door neighbor is the area's vet and he's raising free range, organic lamb. Yum. The lamb from the valley is fatter, the lamb from the hills is sweeter. I'm basically healthy as a horse and look a bit like one Ha, sounds like we got a couple of things in common. <g> Ray :)
