>>>eToys to File for Bankruptcy, Stock Worthless"
Glenn,
This is good news for AMZN; no?

No. It really matters not. Etoys hardly did enough business once Toy R Us and Amazon teamed to have any significant impact on Amazon. Amazon still receives a handling and shipping fee with the agreement with Toys R Us. So the revenue that Etoys had even if all of it went to the Amazon Toys R Us group would have no real impact. I know there are articles to the contrary but it is a proven fact that firms that fold do not have enough business to really impact those remaining. By definition, that is why they folded.

I believe there may be a restructure of the Toys R Us and Amazon deal prior to next year due to the precarious financial position of Amazon. Toys R Us are financially solid. This is purely a guees but after the Etoys bankruptcy is filed, I suspect Toys R Us to bid for the distribtution center at very good terms.

That is my prediction.
