How to manipulate a tech market? Make certain that MSFT, INTC and CSCO do not drop much. Because these three stocks make up such a large part of the NDX, COMPX, DOW and S&P. . . . if the three of them fall, so goes the whole market. But if you are going to let stocks like AMCC, PMCC, SEBL, JDSU selloff 10.5 percent [almost exactly on all 4 of them]. . . then you must hold up the markets by holding up MSFT, INTC [both currently POSITIVE] and CSCO [down less than the NDX].

We just hit -4% on the NDX. Let the fun begin!!

Again, I am looking for an EXTREMELY sharp bounce beginning at some point today when the NDX reaches -4.5%. And I suspect that it will be in the form of a "surprise" rate cut announcement.
