idler, Nor does it have China (and probably India as well) which could, in the near-term, more than offset a delay in the expectation of W-CDMA sales. The beauty of it is that the Q has pretty much covered all the bases regardless of how it plays out. The excessive fees that the operators paid for 3G spectrum in Europe pretty much ensures a positive outcome for the Q. The problem is Wall Street and others in the investment community have yet to connect the dots or at least act upon it in any meaningful way.
