I believe the historic COMPX/NDX ratio was 1.5/1 until the last three years, so maybe the big bubble stocks are coming back to earth while everything else treads water. The NDX is unquestionably weaker than the COMPX here. CSCO just broke 25 support.

Traditionally, when the NAZ is over 44-45 times QQQ -- It is a sign of a sharp reversal.
