Noise was the one concerned about public perception. I simply restated his concern in my post.

These glitches definitely involve eCOM. Whether they are isolated or not, we'll see.

And no one at Princeton seems to know anything about your information, so it must have been pretty isolated and unimportant.

Hmmph. Maybe unimportant to Princeton but I am sure not to the customers involved. This highlights a) the importance of the 4.6 quality initiative that Noiserider brought up, and b) that this is not only about technology but about customer service (as Checkfree has been saying all along).
