I am familiar with quarterly window dressing, monthly too?

Agree on CSCO, Chambers' rant last week in Europe is fishy...sounded like he was grasping for any thing before slipping thru the finger tips.

Earnings/Techs need to continue to be based on forward P/E, not improvements on past. And if I was short going into the AG speech, I would be looking to cover for safety too. Good post!
