Yaacov ----What another disaster today ---really starting to wonder if Greenspan has gone senile . No stock market , no capital ---business cannot borrow . No stock market , no consumer ---I am defintely in a recession mode on household spending . The speech was re-written per CNBC today on TV. They talked about it a lot today ---said it was the first time that Greenspan had rewritten a speech that he had presented to one house in Congress and not the other . BEST WISHE BILL
