And it is the first division to make a commitment to either vendor of EBPP

I have a slight disagreement. I would reword your statement to it is the first division to implement either vendor of EBPP.

I believe CKFR has a habit of only announcing contracts when they are live. BLLS/CKFR may be in the process of implementing another TW division, but have not yet completed the work. Maybe they have the NYC division. Or maybe Waco.

>>>Do you agree with my assessment?

No. eCom winning one small division is nothing to brag about. At least not worth arguing about. CheckFree has hundreds of billers. The problem with eCom is that there is no real data because they are not public, so to be honest, I can't comment too much on them, because I don't know them. I think Pete said it best, we don't know them, because we don't see them.
