I think there should be FREE abortion clinics in every high school in the country. Pregnant teenagers should be rewarded with CD rap music, makeup, manicures and sneakers if they volunteer for a free abortion. Abortions should be encouraged by telling pregnant teenage girls that their lives will be ruined forever and no decent guy will ever marry them if they give birth to the little brat. In order to encourage more abortions towns and cities should award a four year college scholarship to the girl who had the most abortions during her four years in high school. Transfer abortions from other schools should count. I have a lot of other great ideas that I'll post later.
