Hi excardog. Thanks for the link regarding Mid-continent day rates. I had heard late last week that they were running $14,000/day, and amongst ourselves felt that this would only squeeze out some marginal development and infill drilling where reserves were deemed to be moderate (ie: 1-2Bcfg wells). The 15,000 ft. or so deep wells that I'm used to dealing with take about 45-60 days to drill in OK.

Could you please explain your understanding of contango as it relates to the natgas futures strip? To my unsophisticated eyes, it looks like standard storage cost pricing - March having gone off the board already.
