IATV's software resides in over 5 million DCT 2000 set tops. This software will allow the targeted advertising that is the "holy grail" for the advertising community. The problem with deploying seems to be who gets what part of the pie. Someday these issues will be worked out and IATV will be in an excellent position to capitalize. Right now it doesn't matter how bright a company's future is. If there are no current earnings the company is not in favor. By doing research on Yahoo you're missing something. IATV's growth rate last quarter was over 350% (the highest of any of the ITV companies) and the fourth quarter should come in close to that range. And Spot On hasn't been "deployed" yet. I still say they have the highest potential of any company in the space. Time will tell.

Hold on Benny - I didn't say they had deployments with MSO's but that they are depolyable on MOT and SFA (not sure about others). From a technology perspective, they've done their homework. From a business perspective don't underestimate the DEEP pockets and relationships which ACTV has cultivated. (See John Malone and Liberty Media for example.) Deployments-to-date do not tell the whole story. FWIW, I am long WGAT, IATV, SFA, MOT, CCUR, OPTV, LBRT, and WINK. regards to the longs, -LK
