I like living in Vancouver very much, although I think its the number one city on earth to live only if you can afford it!

Re the healthcare crisis, chronic mismanagement is the issue, not one of ethics in a particular case.

Montreal made the top 20 too, pretty good considering the amount of doom and gloom so prevalent among Canadian media and population.
