Lorne you are 100% correct.Cypress at $12.20 converted into Prime West is a steal.Still waiting for Cypress selling to exaust itself soon before I step in.
Recent brokerage reports issued after this deal was announced give Prime West a 12 month upside of $10.50.Let them sell.If I can pick up Cypress under $12 I will start believing in Santa again!
Prime West may be under selling pressure similar to what happened when the Reserve Royalty deal was announced.
Arbitragers shorted Prime West and bought Reserve Royalty.
Looks like Prime West is under shorting pressure to capture the discrepancy in price vs the Cypress conversion.
Regards,
Richard
