Abdul300: is SUNW going to cover the gap from 22 down or fall further first? Tiric: It's a resource pool that shouldn't be ignored Abdul300: which way the market tomorrow? and is MLNM a buy now like about 32 1/2 + Tiric: The DJIA has this supply/demand "problem" The upshot in regard to the "problem" revolves around how effectively the "establishment" is able to manipulate...or massage...demand. BUT...there's every indication that the DJIA should drop to 7800 in the next 7 months. Abdul300: from the yearly chart it looks like it should get back to about 24-25 within 2 weeks(SUNW) Abdul300: whaaaat? Tiric: 7800 in 7 months... Tiric: The indexes all broke above the IL...they gotta return to the ACT....but whether they do or not depends on whether or not the truly big money carries enough weight to circumvent the chart dynamics. Abdul300: thanks for clarifying it. i thought i didn't see it right the first time (sic). so it's not my eyes huh? i'm watching LU. i'd like to pick up 200 at under 10 to put away for a couple of years Tiric: That can only be done within the scope of orchestrated manipulation using everything from the media to the Fed Tiric: LU is in such a shambles that it may not exist in a couple years...don't risk it. Everybody's on the same page. Abdul300: here's a short candidate for you. PHMD Tiric: It's going to 11 first Tiric: Yahoo! CCMP Abdul300: how low is it going? Tiric: 62 Tiric: then it'll bounce to 85 Abdul300: can i get 72 1/2 tomorrow? Tiric: Just wait til it gets there. No need to force the issue Abdul300: i mean i want some of the down side too before it takes off Tiric: Hang with CHIC...still 10 points left in that short Tiric: The CHIC short offers a much larger % Tiric: %...not points...is the name of the game Abdul300: oh, no doubt about that. but CCMP will do its moves within a week or two Tiric: Both stocks have about 10 points downside left in them but CHIC's 10 points is a bigger bang for the buck Tiric: When CCMP hits the ACT...there's a 34% upside move to follow. That's the play for CCMP at this point Tiric: Don't sweat the remainder of the drop. Stalk the bounce Abdul300: i'm a short term trader. i'll take a 10% profit on any day; or two or three Tiric: CHIC's bounce is targeted for 25. From 17 that's 47%...stay focused on what these 2 are doing and trade them accordingly Tiric: Short term is actually defined to be as long as 3 months in my book. You sometimes have to be willing to ride things out for that long if 2 or 3 days doesn't pan out the way you thought it would Tiric: Impatience is your worst enemy in the market Abdul300: easier said than done Tiric: Patience is definitely difficult but it's necessary
