Roger, agreed on the speech. I particularly liked the shots of key Dems sitting there, stern-faced, when Bush said it (the surplus) isn't the government's money. Hard not to look bad disagreeing with that.

I have a question for you.
A company effects a stock split in the form of a 100% dividend. How does that affect a short position in that stock?
