I'd say that further erodes your theory about a right wing conspiracy.

I saw Starr argue that breaking up Microsoft would be similar to the Reagan Administration's determination to break up AT&T in the face of the lesser remedies proposed by the previous Dem regime. Starr credits that act as the catalyst for the internet revolution.

Hadn't he heard of AlGore the Magnificent?
