Roger--I agree, right now though the problem seems concentrated in the West. Already editorials are saying Bush is being neglectful of California's energy problems. Ignoring is one word used, some claims are being made that since California went against him in the election, he is not going to do anything for the state (petty but possible I suppose). Regardless California can not be ignored. Economic damage to California could have appalling effects on the entire nation. All the Best Druss
